God loves us and meets us where we are, but he loves us too much to leave us as we are. As we grow in spiritual maturity as Christians, God wants to grow us in every area of our lives so that we are equipped for the good works he has planned for us. Our mission at King’s Community is to bring God’s story to life. We believe when we’re living out this mission we will see lives redeemed, families transformed, communities blessed and more churches planted. We can’t just sit on the sidelines hoping this mission and vision will move forward. Jesus invites us to be active participants in our faith, not passive consumers.
Through the Foundations modules you will have a chance to grow in godly character and ministry skill with other Christians who desire to apply the gospel in the everyday stuff of life.

Discipleship
Jesus invites us into a Great Commission – to learn to do the kind of work that he does – through disciple-making. The command to make disciples isn’t set apart for a small set of people who will travel to other nations, or professional Christians with seminary degrees; Jesus’s command to be and make disciples is central to everyday Christian life. But what does disciple-making entail? Join us for an 8-week study of what it looks like practically to walk alongside one another, and help others deepen their knowledge of the Triune God who has the power to transform our lives and help us flourish.

Growing in Christian character begins with cultivating an inner-life that is worth following, and that will ultimately lead people closer to Christ whether that’s at home, at work, or the other places you live out your ordinary, everyday life. We believe Jesus is the ultimate example of servant-leadership, which is why the church is concerned with developing leaders who emulate Jesus by seeking God’s glory above personal ambition. Join this 4-week group with others who want to learn to lead more like Jesus in their everyday lives. This group begins January 11, 2026.
